2023 AISSA Governance Conference:

Empowering Great Governance In Your School

For Principals, Board Chairs and Board Members

STAMFORD GRAND GLENELG, ADELAIDE | 17 MARCH 2023

Welcome to the 2023 Governance Conference: Empowering Great Governance in Your School

The Association of Independent Schools of South Australia (AISSA) invites you to attend the 2023 AISSA Governance Conference to be held at the Stamford Grand Glenelg, Adelaide, on Friday 17 March 2023 at 9.00am - 3.30pm (registration from 8.00am).

2023 provides an exciting opportunity for key leaders in our schools to meet in person as part of the rapidly accelerating need to understand and implement great school governance. This conference, for principals, board chairs, and other board members, addresses three critical areas of board leadership, namely drivers of school choice and their impact on enrolments (based on AISSA’s recently commissioned research), the board’s role in supporting principal wellbeing and an exploration of future global education trends. In addition, the conference will be an opportunity to welcome Anne Dunstan, AISSA’s new Chief Executive, back to South Australia and the sector.

We look forward to seeing you there.
